As director of the girl’s program, he developed a variety of workshops for thousands of students and their families from around the world. He has extensive experience with depression, ADHD, anxiety, bi-polar, low self-esteem, extreme shame, defiance, body image, substance abuse, self-harm, addiction, conflict in relationships, trauma, and adoption/attachment.
Mike is a sought after presenter on various topics such as stress management, shame resilience, communication, leadership, forgiveness, listening, blame cycle, relationship building, personality types, power of habits, and compassion/caring. We are happy to have his experience to add to the talent of the Homeward Bound team.
In his spare time Mikes loves to date his wife, read, play basketball, tennis, golf, racquetball, ping pong and spend time with his kids as they perform, dance, and play various sports.
